tinyREST description

Accessible Java-based REST server

The small and Java-based tinyREST tool was built so that developers are allowed to create a REST server without having to install a J2EE server.

A new server can be created just by copying an example server class and adding one or more custom handler classes. The new server can be made to start up as a service.

JDBC database access as well as file system access is allowed from the service.
