TACACS.net is an application that allows ,you to turn your computer into a TACACS+ server. TACACS+ is a protocol for network devices that can separate the authentication process from authorization.

Running a TACACS+ server on your computer has multiple benefits: you can use it to manage network equipment securely and centralize user authentication on the domain controller.

The pack includes the TACACS+ server, TACTest - a module for testing the server, TACDES - a password encryption utility and TACVerify, designed to check the configuration syntax.
