LyncTalker description

A very simple system tray application that will speak the text of instant messages received via the running Lync 2010 Client

LyncTalker is a small but effective utility that was designed to provide you with an innovative means of dealing with messages you get through the client software of Lync 2010.

The program resides in your system tray and as soon as you receive a message, it will read out loud the text so you don't have to change the focus from what you're doing to the messenger window.
